High Quality Organic Apples

We have 8 varieties of apples that we will harvest from August through late October.  The varieties that we offer were selected for their taste, texture and resistance to common apple diseases.  Each one of them has their own distinctive flavor.  Most apples in the supermarket are sweet varieties that are not best for processing or baking.  All of our varieties are crisp, juicy and noticeably tart - although some are a shade sweeter than they are tart.  All are excellent for fresh eating or for use in your favorite apple pie recipe.    Our Iowa grown apples will give you that fresh orchard taste that you can’t buy in a store.   And not only that, our apples are grown organically – come visit us and taste the difference!

A note to remember:  we’re expanding our apple varieties.  In the near future we will be harvesting Honeycrisp, Golden Delicious and Spartan apples from the trees that we have planted over the past two years.  We will even be adding more varieties to the orchard each year – so when you visit the orchard make sure you tell us what your favorite apple is.
